Frequently Asked Questions

I don't know how to take, register, or change my mug shot: If you have not registered a photo of your face, the photo shooting/registration page will appear when you log in
to the application. If you wish to register/change your photo later, please touch the camera symbol in the upper
left corner of the app's physician's office page to take and register your photo.
I cannot change the registered photo: If you are applying for a performance that requires photo registration, you will not be able to change your photo.
For details, please check the application page of the ticket you have applied for.
Are there any restrictions on the photo I can register?: Please make sure to take a picture of yourself.
If you cannot be identified with your photo at an event that requires facial recognition to display your ticket,
you may be denied admission.
Are there any rules on how photos are taken?: Please take a picture so that your face fits within the circle that appears when you start the camera.
As with the certificate photo, please take the photo facing the front alone.

I want to upload a photo taken separately: Photos cannot be uploaded; only photos taken with the LIVE QR PLUS app can be registered.
Can I apply for tickets through LIVE QR PLUS?: LIVE QR PLUS is an admission-only application. Please apply for tickets through ticket board.
I don't have an internet connection, can I still use the application?: An Internet connection is required to use the LIVE QR PLUS application. It cannot be used on devices that do not have an
Internet connection.
Can I enter with a screenshot of the QR code?: Screen shots will not be accepted.Please start LIVE QR PLUS and display the QR before entering.
The ticket I applied for is not displayed.: The LIVE QR PLUS will be displayed after the ticket has been issued
