A : | We will refund the money for your ticket to the credit card account that you paid from, via the credit card company. * The time that the refund will take to reach you will depend on when the refund procedure is processed, as well as other factors such as the credit card company's deadline and length of their refund process. |
Q : | I requested a refund, but the ticket payment has been withdrawn from my credit card account. What should I do? |
A : | The method and timing of refunds differ depending on when the refund procedure is processed. Either the transaction itself is cancelled, or else the amount is withdrawn once before being refunded (in which case you will be refunded the month following the withdrawal at the earliest). For details, please check your credit card statement. For more information regarding refunds, please contact your credit card company. |
Q : | Which part of my payment is eligible for a refund? |
A : | Only the price of your ticket is eligible for a refund. Handling fees etc. are not eligible. * However, this may not be the case for certain events. If so, a separate notice will be sent to customers who have purchased tickets for those events. |
Q : | I bought two tickets. Can I get a refund for just one? |
A : | We can only refund the same number of tickets that you paid for. |
Q : | One of my accompanying members (or myself, the applicant) has changed their mobile phone. Can they still get a refund? |
A : | All refunds will be paid to the ticket purchaser. Even if you change your mobile phone, you can still request a refund if you have retained your old email address, or if you update your membership information with your new email address. |
Q : | When can I download my ticket for a rescheduled event? |
A : | We will notify you nearer to the event date. |
Q : | For the rescheduled event, I would like to change the accompanying members that I have allotted tickets to, or give my ticket to a friend. |
A : | Unfortunately you cannot change your accompanying members, or give your ticket to a third party. |
Q : | I bought two tickets. Can I exchange just one of them for the rescheduled event? |
A : | We can only exchange the same number of tickets that you paid for. |
Q : | One of my accompanying members (or myself, the applicant) has changed their mobile phone. Can they still download their ticket for the rescheduled event? |
A : | You can still download your ticket if you have retained your old email address. If you have changed your email address, you can download your ticket as long as you update your membership information with your new email address. |
