Q : | I have completed my payment. How do I receive my digital ticket? |
A : | In principle, after you have paid for your ticket, an email will be sent to your registered email address accessible on mobile phone notifying you that you have completed your payment. Subsequently, an email containing information on how to download your ticket will be sent approximately few days before the event. |
[For QR code tickets] During application, please select "Digital Ticket for Mobile Phone" when asked your preferred method of receiving your ticket. Once your payment is complete, we will send you an email containing information on how to download your digital ticket approximately few days before the event. Click on the URL in the email and follow the instruction to download your digital ticket in the form of a QR code. After downloading the QR code ticket, save it in your mobile phone's data folder. |

Q : | When is the deadline for ticket downloads? |

A : | The deadline for downloading your ticket depends on each event. Once downloading of tickets begins for a particular event, you will be able to check the deadline via Application History (Details) in the Application/Purchasing History section of your My Page. For events that do not have a deadline, please be sure to download your ticket before the day of the event. |

Q : | Will I be given a better seat if I download my ticket early? |
A : | The timing at which you download your ticket will in no way affect your seating location. |
Q : | Will my application be cancelled if I do not download my ticket? |
A : | If for some reason you do not claim your ticket after completing your payment, you cannot cancel your ticket or request a refund even after the deadline. Please be sure to download your ticket before the deadline. In principle, please download your ticket before you leave for Japan. If you plan to download your ticket after arriving in Japan, please check that your mobile phone is able to turn on data roaming and connect to a wi-fi network in Japan, beforehand. |
