We have established the following individual regulations for the fixed price trading service (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") that apply when customers use the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Please use this service after agreeing to these regulations.

Article 1: (Fixed Price Trade Service)

1. This service allows members who have registered as members based on the Ticket Board Membership Terms and Conditions to purchase electronic tickets from the Company through the Ticket Board and sell them to other members who wish to purchase the electronic tickets. Members who wish to sell electronic tickets (including members who have sold them depending on the context), we will sell them through the ticket board to other members who wish to purchase such electronic tickets. The list price of the electronic ticket ( hereinafter referred to as "Fixed Price Trade Seller") and the member who wishes to purchase (including the member who purchased depending on the context, hereinafter referred to as "Fixed Price Trade Purchaser")) This is the amount equivalent to the ticket price when the electronic ticket was purchased from the Company through the ticket board (the same applies hereinafter). 2. This service may only be used by members, but use of this service is not guaranteed for all members, and use may be restricted to a certain range of members designated by the Company (English members, etc.) there is. Additionally, this service does not guarantee that transactions will be completed for all electronic tickets that are offered for sale as part of this service.
3. Members who wish to use this service shall register for use in accordance with the system and procedures prescribed by the Company, and upon completion of such registration, a usage contract regarding this service will be established and these provisions will apply. In addition, members who wish to use this service will be deemed to have agreed to these regulations by registering for use in accordance with the system and procedures prescribed by our company.

Article 2: (Listing on fixed price trade services, etc.)

1. Tickets eligible for this service are electronic tickets for performances and performances designated by the Company that are purchased and settled for by fixed price trade exhibitors on the ticket board. In addition, this service can cover all or part of multiple electronic tickets purchased and settled by a fixed price trade seller.
2. A person who can become a Fixed Price Trade Seller is limited to a person who has purchased an electronic ticket and completed payment on the ticket board (excluding this service). A companion who has received an electronic ticket from the purchaser cannot become a regular price trade seller of the electronic ticket.
3. Fixed Price Trade Seller shall carry out fixed price trade for electronic tickets that are subject to fixed price trade from the start to the end of each prescribed period (hereinafter referred to as "Application Period") in accordance with the system and method prescribed by our company. You can list items by.
4. After a fixed price trade exhibitor has listed an electronic ticket through fixed price trade, he or she may not perform any actions such as seat designation or distribution for the electronic ticket that is the subject of the said sale.
5. If there is no purchase application from a fixed price trade purchaser by the end of the application period, the fixed price trade will be deemed unsuccessful, and the listing from the fixed price trade seller will lose its validity at the end of the application period.
6. Until the Purchaser makes an application for purchase through Fixed Price Trade, the electronic ticket for the performance/entertainment cannot be subject to Fixed Price Trade due to circumstances of the organizer of the performance/entertainment or other related parties. Members agree that there may be cases. In that case, the listing by the List Price Trade Seller will be canceled at that time.

Article 3: (Establishment of fixed price trade)

1. A fixed price trade is established when a fixed price trade purchaser applies for purchase of an electronic ticket listed by a fixed price trade by a fixed price trade seller, and the electronic ticket is sold.
2. If a fixed price trade is established, the sales contract between the fixed price trade exhibitor and our company will be canceled and a sales contract will be established between the fixed price trade purchaser and our company for the electronic ticket in question.
3. Once a fixed price trade has been established, we cannot accept exchanges, changes, or cancellations for any reason. However, this shall not apply if the ticket purchase contract between the Company and the List Price Trade Seller and the List Price Trade Purchaser is invalidated or canceled, or if the contract is canceled by the member due to the Company's default. there is no. In addition, the Company shall not be liable for any damage caused to the List Price Trade Exhibitor or the List Price Trade Purchaser, except in the case of reasons attributable to the Company.
4. The Company will notify fixed price trade sellers and fixed price trade purchasers of the establishment of fixed price trade by posting it on the personal page of the website of this service and sending an e-mail to the registered e-mail address. Furthermore, the List Price Trade Seller and the List Price Trade Purchaser shall be obligated to confirm the notification without delay, and shall not be responsible for any damage caused to the List Price Trade Seller or the List Price Trade Purchaser due to the delay in confirmation or inability to confirm. , our company assumes no responsibility . In addition, if there is a problem with the application contents such as an error in the registered information of the e-mail address, unreadable garbled characters, etc., and the e-mail cannot be sent, or if the e-mail cannot be sent due to non-delivery, incorrect delivery, late delivery, refusal to receive, etc. Similarly, we will not be held responsible if the email is not delivered. However, in any case, this shall not apply if damage is caused to the List Price Trade Seller and the List Price Trade Purchaser due to reasons attributable to the Company.

Article 4: (Fixed Price Trade Service Usage Fees/Payment)

1. Upon completion of a fixed price trade, the fixed price trade exhibitor shall pay fees, etc. using the system and method prescribed by the Company. The Company shall refund the purchase price of the applicable electronic ticket to the List Price Trade Seller after deducting fees, etc., using the system and method prescribed by the Company.
2. The Company may change the refund method, fees, etc. and payment method set forth in the preceding paragraph within a reasonable range by notifying the Member in advance by a method that the Company deems appropriate.
3. The Company shall not be responsible for fees paid when a fixed price trade is established, electronic ticket purchase price paid by the purchaser of a fixed price trade, etc., unless the fixed price trade has ceased to be effective pursuant to the proviso to Article 4, Paragraph 5. , will not be liable for any refund .
4. If a fixed price trade is not completed, the Company will not be obligated to refund the electronic ticket purchase price, etc. to the fixed price trade exhibitor for that reason.

Article 5: (Ticket payment, ticket issuance, etc.)

Payment of ticket prices, etc. by the purchaser of a fixed price trade and issuance of electronic tickets after the completion of a fixed price trade shall be in accordance with the provisions of "Individual Regulations: Ticket Sales." However, the payment method for ticket prices, etc. is limited to credit card payments.

Article 6: (Rejection of use of fixed price trade service)

The Company will take action against members who engage in acts that cause inconvenience or disadvantage to third parties, acts that may interfere with the Company's services, acts specified in Article 7 of the Membership Agreement, or other acts that the Company deems inappropriate. We may refuse to use this service.

Article 7: (Suspension, Termination and Content Change of Fixed Price Trade Service)

1. The listing of a regular price trade seller, the purchase application of a regular price trade buyer, or the establishment of a regular price trade, or if there is any other reasonable reason, the Company may release books to members at any time. You can stop providing the service.
2. If the Company deems it necessary, the Company may terminate the Service or change the content by notifying the member in advance in a manner the Company deems appropriate.
