Individual regulations: Advance ticket sales service

Article 1: (Ticket advance sales service)
The pre-sale ticket service is a service aimed at securing tickets in advance, and is a service that accepts purchase applications on the ticket board site and sells tickets etc. for a fee before they go on sale to the general public. If we are unable to arrange all the tickets for which we have received applications, we will sell them to members selected by lottery from among the members who have applied for purchase. Even if tickets can be arranged, the Company does not guarantee seats with good conditions to the member. Additionally, tickets may be sold through this service even after they go on sale to the general public. The lottery method is basically a random lottery. However, depending on the wishes of the event organizer, etc., a lottery method may be used that gives priority to certain conditions, but the Company will not make any public announcements regarding the lottery method.
Article 2: (Application for use of advance ticket sales service, etc.)
  1. Members who wish to use the advance ticket sales service shall apply for purchase according to the prescribed procedures, and upon completion of the application procedure, the terms of use regarding the advance ticket sales service will be established and these individual provisions will apply.
  2. Once you have applied for the ticket advance sale service, we cannot accept changes or cancellations. However, this shall not apply if the contract for use of the advance ticket sales service between the Company and the member is invalidated or canceled, or if the said agreement is canceled by the member due to the Company's default.
  3. If the Company determines that there is a problem with the terms of use regarding the pre-sale ticket service established with the member , the Company may terminate the pre-sale ticket service with the member at any time.
Article 3: (Establishment of purchase contract)
  1. A ticket purchase contract for ticket sales shall be concluded after the application procedure is completed, the Company receives the application, and is notified of the completion of the application. However, if for some reason it is not possible to arrange all the tickets for which applications have been accepted, a purchase contract will be established between the Company and the selected member only at the time the Company selects the winning member in a lottery.
  2. We will notify you of the establishment of a ticket purchase contract on the application history screen on the ticket board site. At the same time, we will send an e-mail to your registered e-mail address confirming the completion of your purchase. Members are obligated to view without delay, and even if viewing is delayed or becomes impossible, the Company will not be responsible for any damage caused to members or third parties as a result of this.
Article 4: (Usage fee/payment)
  1. When a member purchases a ticket using a ticket pre-sale service, in addition to the ticket price, the member purchases system usage fees as service usage fees determined by the Company, fees related to payment, shipping fees, etc. related to ticket delivery. shall be paid at the time.
  2. The Company may change the usage fee and payment method for the advance ticket sales service set forth in the preceding paragraph by notifying members in advance by a method that the Company deems appropriate.
  3. Regardless of the reason for withdrawal from ticket board membership, cancellation of membership, etc., the Company shall not be obligated to refund any fees, etc. already paid by the member, and the member shall not be liable for refunds of fees, etc. already paid by the member. You will not be exempted from paying the fee. However, if the individual contract between the Company and the member regarding the Service or the contract that is the basis for payment of other fees etc. is invalidated or canceled, or if such contract is canceled by the member due to the Company's default. Article 5: (Change/deletion of registered contents, etc.)
  1. The Company is not responsible for any damage caused to a member due to errors in the registered information by the member.
  2. A member who appears to be the same person applies for or purchases tickets using multiple IDs, the applied or purchased tickets may be invalidated without prior notice. Please note that even if a ticket is invalidated, the member concerned will not be exempted from paying the fee, and the Company will not be obligated to issue a refund.
  3. Before the member changes or deletes the registered content, the member will not be exempt from paying any usage fees, etc. that the member would have incurred based on the registered content before the change/deletion, and the Company shall have no obligation to refund.
  4. Acknowledge in advance that they have no right to withdraw their purchase offer. However, this does not apply if one or more applications are made due to system failure or other reasons not attributable to the member, and all but one application are withdrawn.
Article 6: (Termination of advance ticket sales service and content changes)
If the Company deems it necessary, the Company may terminate or change the content of the advance ticket sales service by notifying members in advance in a manner deemed appropriate by the Company.
