Individual regulations: Ticket sales

Article 1: (Sales method)
  1. Our company is entrusted with ticket sales by the performance organizer or management company (hereinafter referred to as the "performance organizer"), and sells tickets based on the instructions on the sales method.
  2. When selling tickets, restrictions may be placed on the number of tickets sold and the sales method according to the instructions of the performance organizer.
Article 2: (Ticket sales service)
  1. In this service, the tickets that members can purchase are the tickets (with some exceptions) that are available on our ticket board site, and the tickets that are entrusted to be sold on the ticket board by the performance organizer. Only.
  2. When purchasing tickets, you will need to register as a ticket board member, and these individual regulations will apply once your membership registration is complete.
Article 3: (Establishment of purchase contract)
  1. Members shall apply to purchase tickets according to the prescribed procedures, and in response, the Company shall notify them that the purchase application procedure has been completed.
  2. In principle, a purchase contract will be concluded upon notification of the completion of the purchase application procedure.
  3. The completion of the purchase application procedure will be announced on the purchase history screen on the ticket board site. We will also send a purchase confirmation email to your registered email address. However, even if an e-mail is not delivered, misdelivered, or delayed due to some kind of problem with the application content, such as an error in the e-mail address registration information or unreadable garbled characters, our company takes no responsibility.
Article 4: (Payment of fees)
  1. When purchasing a ticket, the member shall pay, at the time of purchase, in addition to the ticket price, the system usage fee as a service usage fee determined by the Company, fees related to payment, and usage fees related to ticket delivery such as delivery.
  2. Regarding the payment method, the member shall select from among the payment methods specified by the Company at the time of purchase application, and in the case of credit card payment or deferred payment, payment will be made automatically on the specified date, or payment may be made at a designated convenience store or various online payment methods. In this case, please pay the applicable fee by the date specified by our company.
  3. We may set restrictions on payment methods as necessary. Furthermore, the payment method cannot be changed due to the member's circumstances after the payment method change period specified by the Company has passed.
  4. If the payment procedure is not completed despite the conclusion of the purchase contract, the Company may cancel the purchase contract after the payment deadline specified by the Company has passed, and the member's membership status will be revoked. We may refuse your use of our services.
  5. The Company may add or change various usage fees and change the payment method by notifying the member in advance by a method that the Company deems appropriate.
Article 5: (Ticket collection)
  1. To deliver the ticket to the member after the ticket purchase has been completed, access the relevant page on the ticket board site from the email sent to the registered member's email address, and send the electronic ticket data (QR code, etc.) will be delivered to the address of the member registered at the time of downloading or purchasing , and the member shall select this at the time of application for purchase. However, we may set restrictions on collection methods as necessary.
  2. In the case of ticket collection by receiving electronic data using a smartphone application or QR code, etc., and if a member purchases multiple tickets for non-ticket board members, procedures for ticket distribution must be completed by the deadline specified by the Company. you need to do. In order for a person to whom tickets are distributed to download tickets, they will need to register as a ticket board member, so please be aware of this in advance before distributing tickets.
  3. The collection method cannot be changed at all due to the member's circumstances after the period in which the collection method can be changed as determined by the Company has passed.
  4. Regarding collection by delivery, if the ticket is returned to us because the storage period at the post office has expired or the member's address, name, etc. are incomplete, we will charge the member a separate fee for reshipping. I will accept your request.
  5. In the case of ticket collection by receiving electronic data using a QR code, etc., please obtain the ticket (electronic data) according to the method for obtaining electronic data announced by the Company and enter from the designated entrance location. No refunds will be made if you forget the smartphone you received your ticket (electronic data) on the day of the performance, or if your ticket (electronic data) is damaged due to a malfunction of your smartphone.
  6. Even if the member is unable to collect the ticket due to circumstances, the Company will not refund the ticket price, service usage fees determined by the Company, payment fees, delivery fees, etc.
Article 6: (Rejection of sale/delivery)
  1. The Company will refuse to sell or deliver tickets to a member if the member falls under any of the following items. In that case, the Company may immediately suspend or revoke the member's membership without prior notice.
    1. If the member makes a false declaration regarding matters specified by the Company or fails to make the necessary declaration
    2. If you act in a manner that causes inconvenience to other members or third parties, or in any manner that interferes with the smooth sales of our company.
    3. If you do not complete the prescribed procedures within the deadline advised by our company.
    4. If you do not follow the prescribed purchasing method

  2. For damages caused to the Company in the preceding paragraph, the Company may demand compensation from the member concerned.
Article 7: (Ticket exchange/change/cooling-off)
A ticket purchase contract has been established, tickets cannot be exchanged, changed, or canceled for any reason. However, this shall not apply if the ticket purchase contract between the Company and the member is invalidated or canceled, or if the contract is canceled by the member due to the Company's default. Please note that the cooling-off period does not apply to tickets sold through this service.
Article 8: (Loss/Theft)
We will not reissue tickets under any circumstances (lost, stolen, damaged, etc.).
Article 9: (Ticket Refund)
  1. Notifications to customers due to changes or cancellations of performances, etc. will be made at the request of the event organizer, and the Company will not be responsible for any changes or cancellations. However, at the request of the performance organizer, we may act on behalf of the customer (purchase name) to refund the tickets sold. The refund period will be within the period requested by the performance organizer. Applications will not be accepted after the specified reception period has passed.
  2. The amount refunded to the member will be only the ticket price, and the Company will not refund any expenses other than the face value of the ticket (commissions, transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, communication expenses, shipping fees, etc.).
  3. The purchased ticket (including electronic data) is damaged, lost, or severely defaced and difficult to identify, the Company will not provide any refund to the member.
Article 10: (Termination/resumption of sales)
Even during the ticket sales period, sales will end for each individual performance once the number of tickets we plan to sell has been reached. However, sales may be resumed if additional seats or additional performances are available from the performance organizer.
Article 11: (Prohibited matters)
Members shall not engage in the following acts.Additionally, in addition to the prohibitions stipulated in the following items, when concluding a ticket purchase contract with a member, the Company shall clearly state that the paid transfer of tickets without the consent of the promoter, etc. of the relevant performance is prohibited. Therefore, such paid transfer may be prohibited. Please check when applying to purchase tickets. If a member violates this article, membership may be suspended or revoked. In addition, if a member is found to have violated this article, at the discretion of the Company or the performance organizer, the ticket purchased by the violator will be invalidated, and the ticket purchased by the violator will be invalidated, and the person who has already entered the event will not be allowed to enter the performance related to the ticket. If you do so, you can be ordered to leave the venue. Even in this case, the Company is not obligated to refund the price of the invalidated ticket, nor is it obligated to compensate the violating party for any damage caused.
  1. Acts of reselling tickets purchased from our company to a third party for commercial purposes or providing them to a third party for resale.
  2. Acts of reselling or attempting to resell a ticket at a higher price than the face value of the ticket, or acts of reselling or attempting to resell through an auction or internet ticket auction.
  3. When registering a person who is eligible for ticket admission, allowing or attempting to allow a person other than the person who is eligible for admission to enter.
  4. The act of repeatedly applying to purchase tickets for which you have no intention of purchasing. If you do not make the payment by the payment deadline, you will be deemed to have applied to purchase a ticket that you do not intend to purchase.
  5. "ticket resale sites", "auctions", "ticket shops", " SNS", etc. ( We are not responsible for any problems with tickets other than those purchased directly from us )
  6. Other acts that our company deems inappropriate.
Article 12: (Compensation for damages)
To a member due to an error in ticket issuance shall be the face value of the ticket. However, this does not apply in the case of intentional or gross negligence on the part of our company.
Article 13: (Disclaimer regarding tickets)
  1. We are not responsible for the sale of tickets other than those purchased directly from us.
  2. Even if confirmation or notification of the success or failure of a ticket application or purchase is significantly delayed or impossible due to communication line congestion or an unforeseen computer system error, the Company will not be liable for any member or third party. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused.
Article 14 : (Others)
  1. In addition to the provisions stipulated in these individual regulations, if there are any terms and conditions stipulated by the performance organizer, those provisions will also apply. These individual regulations may be changed or added to without prior notice due to changes in our business content or requests from performance organizers.
