What is E-ticket

This is a new service that allows you to enter the concert venue with your smartphone as your ticket.

To enter the venue, simply hold your smartphone over the reader installed at the entrance.

Registered members of the "ticket board" ticketing service will be able to apply for e-tickets, complete payment, receive tickets, and enter the venue using just one smartphone.

This service enables users to purchase tickets easily and economically, as they no longer need to go to convenience stores to receive tickets, and postage is not required compared to receiving paper tickets by delivery.

Also, if you purchase multiple tickets, you can distribute the tickets to your companions who you want to give the tickets to, just like an email, making it easy for you to give the tickets to your family and friends who are far away.

Those who receive the email will also be able to register as members, allowing them to easily enter using their smartphones.

Precautions for use.

If you do not have a smartphone (including tablets and PCs), you cannot apply.

When you purchase, one smartphone (including tablet) per ticket (compatible model) is required.

Your companion (the person who will receive the ticket distribution) must also have a compatible smartphone (including tablet). Please register as a member of "ticket board" before using the service.

The user ID and password information for the ticket board is ticket board user ID and password information can only be used by the registered user, and resale of tickets purchased as a ticket board user is prohibited. Resale of tickets and other activities are prohibited.

ticket board considers the following actions to be inappropriate.
Please be aware that if any of the following actions are found to have occurred, you may be refused admission to the event venue, or your membership may be suspended or revoked in accordance with the ticket board membership agreement and other related regulations.

  • The act of telling others (including family and friends, hereinafter referred to as "others") the user ID and password information of the ticket board.

  • Impersonating others by logging into the ticket board with another person's ticket board user ID and password information.

  • Buying and selling ticket board user ID and password information.

  • Downloading the same E-ticket from multiple devices.
