If accompanying guests (such as a children) do not have a mobile phone or smart phone, please using PC and register on "ticket board"(free). Also the registration imformation need to be the information of accompanying guest.

*When member registration, you need to have a mail address such as Gmail, Yahoo etc. (If you do not have any e-mail address, please create a mail address)

*For telephone number, please register a phone number that family members can contact.

Please apply tickets from the mobile phone / smart phone / PC.

*Applicable on both days, up to 4 ticket per concert.

Multiple applications will be invalid

*Customers who "already applied" or "already paid" cannot apply for the same day of performance.

*Person who needs care also need mobile e-tickets.

Please make sure to apply tickets for the number of people including accompanying guest who needs care.

*Opening / starting times may change

*Applicant himself / herself and only those who allot the ticket correctly can enter the concert.

*Even if your accompanying guests (children etc.) do not have mobile phones / smart phones, you will still need to allot their tickets to them. On the day of the concert, you and your accompanying guests need to come to the inquiry desk and show e-ticket and your designated identification card. (There is no need to download allot tickets)

*Those with children may sometimes be ask to temporarily leave the concert if the staff members judge your acts that interfere with others or acts that interfere with the performance.

*For entry, a mobile phone is required for each ticket. (Applicant and accompanying guests)

If you are downloading your ticket in Japan, make sure that your mobile phone can do the following: - Data roaming - Connect to wi-fi.

*No changes/refund or cancellations after completion of application is completed at any circumstances.

*Both of a pplicant and accompanying guests have to be yourself as same person as applying tickets at the time of entry.

*We refuse your entrance if we discover that you transfer tickets. (No transfer accepted at any circumstances)

*If we discover illegality actions such as transfer tickets, neither applicant nor accompanying guests are allowed to enter and exit.

*If we discover illegality actions, all tickets (which including not only the tickets of the performance but also the entrance to the issued tickets of other performances and the rights of the unpublished winning tickets) are invalid and the ticket fee will not be refund at any circumstances.

Also, we will suspend and cancel your membership of ticket board.

*We will disable all tickets you have and refuse your entrance in accordance with Terms and Conditions, if you have discovered (even if there is any reason). Concert is scheduled for VTR recording, photography at the venue inside and outside. There is a possibility that customers will be reflected in images and pictures by broadcasting, distribution, SNS etc.
