  • 【Q1】Is identity confirmation made for all audiences?
    Yes, regardless of age, all audience members, including the applicant and companions, need the [LIVE QR] App for entrance into the venue. Your identity will be confirmed by using the designated IDs with your face photos.
    Please be sure to download the [LIVE QR] App in advance. The designated ID with a face photo is necessary for each person for entrance into the venue.

    *No cancellations or refunds of any tickets will be issued even though you cannot enter the venue due to any deficiency of the designated ID with a face photo.
    *Please see 【Q2】 for the details of the designated ID with a face photo.

    Yes, you need to register your membership (free membership) on the ticket board to purchase your ticket.
    *You need to download the [LIVE QR] App when entering.
    Please see【Q16】 for children who do not own a smartphone.

  • 【Q2】What do I prepare for the designated ID with a face photo?
    ●Please bring the designated ID with your face photo as follows.

    Please be sure to bring one among (1) - (10) without fail for entrance into the venue.
    *Only the original ID with your face photo described below is valid as the designated ID with a face photo.
    *Except for the passport described in (3) below, only the designated ID with a face photo issued in Japan is valid.
    *Regardless of age, all audience members each need one ticket. Your identity will be confirmed by using the designated IDs with your face photos.
    *Your identity will be confirmed by using the original ID, that is, the designated ID with your face photo.
    A photo, a duplicate, and an expired ID are invalid.
    *If your designated ID does not meet the following, your identity will not be confirmed even though your face photo is on it.
    *Under no circumstances can you enter the venue if you did not bring the designated ID with your face photo described below or if you bring the designated ID without your face photo. Please prepare in advance and be sure to bring it on the day of the event.

     *Temporary license and International driver's license are invalid.

     *Limited to a license issued on April 1, 2012, or later.

Registration of ticket board

  • 【Q3】Do I need to register membership on the ticket board to purchase a ticket?
    Do I need to register membership on the ticket board even though I registered for membership in LE-CIEL?
    Yes, you need to register your membership (free) on the ticket board to purchase your ticket.
    You need to register for membership on the ticket board (free) although you registered for membership in LE-CIEL.
    *If you’ve already registered as membership of ticket board, re-registering is not necessary.
  • 【Q4】Do my companions also need to register for ticket board membership?
    Yes, your companions need to register for membership (free) on the ticket board to purchase tickets.
    When registering a ticket board membership (free), be sure to register using the information on the companions who come to the venue on the day of the performance because the identity is confirmed with the designated ID with a face photo.
    *Even though your companions are children, be sure to register using the information about your children who come to the venue on the day of the performance.
    *In the case you do not have a smartphone (including a tablet), you need to register for ticket board membership (free).

  • 【Q5】 I’ve not received the Notice of Tentative Membership Registration email though I newly registered for ticket board membership.
    The Notice of Tentative Membership Registration email will be sent to the address that you provided when you registered for ticket board membership.
    If you have not received the e-mail, please see the following.

    1) Did you enter your e-mail address correctly when registering?
    If your mail address was wrong, please register for ticket board membership again.

    2) Is your PC set in the e-mail block mode from the PC?
    Your PC may block the e-mail sent from a PC due to the setting of domain receiving.
    Please set domain receiving for your smartphone (including a tablet) to permit an e-mail from “@ticketbo.jp”. Then, register for ticket board membership again.

    3) Is the e-mail block of identity thief set to [High] or [Strong] level?
    If the e-mail block of identity thief is set to [High] or [Strong] level, please change to [Low] or [Weak] level.

    4) Did you check if the e-mail is in the spam mail folder?

    If you do not receive the e-mail for provisional registration 30 minutes after registering or if your case falls upon 1) - 4) above, please register for ticket board membership again.

Application

  • 【Q6】Do you accept printed tickets?
    No, we do not accept printed tickets.
  • 【Q7】Is there an age restriction for an applicant or a companion?
    All ages are allowed.
    Regardless of age, one ticket is needed per person.
    If the concert staff determine that the children are acting in a way to cause problems for other guests or that interferes with the performance, the children and the parent or guardian may be asked to leave the venue temporarily.
    The parent or guardian shall be responsible for the safety of their children within the venue.
  • 【Q8】Can I change or cancel the applicant after I purchase a ticket?
    Can I change or cancel a seat type, date of a performance, number of tickets, and payment method?
    No, you cannot change or cancel the applicant under any circumstances.
    The applicant, who comes to the venue on the day of the performance, needs to apply for a ticket.
    Under no circumstances can you change or cancel a seat type, date of a performance, number of tickets, and payment method after you purchased the ticket.
    *We plan a fixed price trade for this performance that enables you to sell officially your ticket.
  • 【Q9】I need a helper because I use a wheelchair.
    Do my companions and helper need tickets?
    Yes, even if you are a companion or a helper, you need one E-ticket for yourself and [LIVE QR] App.
    Please apply for the number of tickets, including parents or guardians.
  • 【Q10】 If I change my smartphone to a new one after application, what do I need to do?
    Please log in to My Page on the ticket board and go to “Membership information change” to change your phone number and mail address.

  • 【Q11】Should the e-mail address for LE-CIEL or L’mobile be the same as the one registered for ticket board membership?
    It differs as follows.

    ■LE-CIEL
    You need not unify the e-mail address.
    We cannot answer the lottery conditions. Please wait for the result announcement.

    ■L'mobile
    Please use the same "Name (first, family)” and “e-mail address” to register for both L’mobile and the ticket board.
    If the registered information for both is different, you will be excluded from the result of the lottery.
  • 【Q12】Can I use a feature phone for the application?
    No, you cannot use a feature phone for the application.
    You can apply by using a smartphone (including a tablet) that can install [LIVE QR] App.
  • 【Q13】Which kind of payment methods do you have?
    ONLY via Credit Card

    *If you selected credit card payment, a collection agency confirms the credit card company whether your credit card is available or not.
    So, depending on the credit card company you use, you may receive your credit card statement before the result announcement is issued. However, the settlement process is not made until your result is fixed.
    Please check the credit card usage limit that is used in advance. If it becomes unavailable as a result of credit, it will be excluded from the lottery.
    The purchase amount may be debited at the time depending on the credit card company you use.
    If you lost the ticket as a result of the lottery, the purchase amount will be refunded later. However, it may take time until the refund will be made depending on the credit card company you use. Please understand in advance.
    The confirmation by a collection agency does not affect your result.
  • 【Q14】How do I check the details of the application?
    You can check it as follows.

    1) Log in to My Page of ticket board.
    2) Click “Application/ Purchase History.”
    3) The performance you applied is displayed.

    After your application is completed, the e-mail for confirmation of your application will be sent to the e-mail address registered on ticket board.
    If the performance you applied for appears on My Page of ticket board though you did not receive the e-mail, your application has been completed.

Distribution

  • 【Q15】I distributed a ticket to my companion. But my companion has not received the e-mail.
    Was my ticket distributed?
    Your companion who you distribute the ticket to needs to change PC domain setting in order to receive e-mail from “@tickebo.jp”
    Please log in to My Page of ticket board using the register information of your companion, select [Select/Distribution/Confirmation of Ticket] for your confirmation.
  • 【Q16】 In the case my companions (children) do not have smartphones (including tablets), do I need to register them for ticket board membership and distribute my tickets to them?
    Even if your companions do not have smartphones (including tablets), you need to register them for ticket board membership (free).
    *If you have no smartphones that can download the [LIVE QR] App, you cannot apply.

    *Please provide your email address, such as Gmail, to register as a member of ticket board for free.
    *Please register the phone number that can be used to communicate with your family.
    *Regardless of age, all audience members, including the applicant and companions, need the [LIVE QR] App for entrance into the venue. Your identity will be confirmed by using the designated ID with your face photo.
    Please distribute the tickets to your companions (children) even if they do not have smartphones (including tablets). The applicant and companions must come to the E-ticket Information Desk bringing their designated IDs with face photos on the day of the live concert. It is not necessary to download the distributed tickets.

  • 【Q17】When are tickets for E-ticket issued?
    The date of issuing of the tickets will be announced later.
    *We cannot reply to your inquiry about the issuing date of tickets.
  • 【Q18】I cannot prepare the designated ID with a face photo.
    You cannot enter the venue without the designated ID with a face photo under any circumstances.
    Regardless of age, all audience members, including the applicant and companions, need the [LIVE QR] App for entrance into the venue. Your identity will be confirmed by using the designated IDs with your face photos.
    Please be sure to bring your designated ID with your face photo to the venue.

  • 【Q19】My family name and address changed after registering for ticket board membership. Can I change my information?
    And can I enter the venue?
    Please log in to My Page of ticket board and change “your family name” and “address” from “Change of membership information” to those of the designated ID with a face photo that you will bring on the day of the performance.
    For entry into the venue by all members of the audience, the name in the [LIVE QR] App. must match the designated ID with a face photo.
    *You cannot change your first name, date of birth, and gender.

    No, you cannot change the applicant and your companions by a phone call.
  • 【Q21】Can I enter the venue separately from my companion?
    Yes, if the applicant and companions have downloaded [LIVE QR] App and display E-ticket on your phone.
  • 【Q22】My companion will not be able to go to the venue on the day of the performance. Can I change my companion?
    The applicant in person can change a companion to whom you distributed a ticket if they have not entered the venue yet.
    If the companion to whom you distributed the ticket has downloaded the ticket, the companion needs to select “Cancel Distribution.” Then, the e-mail will be sent to the companion. The distribution cancel is completed when the companion agrees to the contents of the e-mail.
    Please log in to My Page of ticket board after distribution cancel, select [Select/Distribution/Confirmation of Ticket] and [Ticket Distribution] to distribute the ticket again.

Fixed price trade ticket

  • 【Q23】Do you implement a fixed price trade ticket?
    Yes, we plan a fixed price trade ticket for this performance.
    Please consider using a fixed price trade ticket if the applicant or companions will not be able to come to the venue.
    *For executing a fixed price trade tikcet, we will inform you later.

[LIVE QR] App

  • 【Q24】How do I download the [LIVE QR] App?
    1) Download the [LIVE QR] App from each app store (Google Play, Apple Store).
    2) Open the [LIVE QR] App and log in by entering ID and Password you registered in ticket board.
    3) Upload and register a face photo. (Optional for this performance)
    4) Confirm that the E-ticket (QR code) you obtained is displayed.

    No, it’s optional for this performance. It’s optional.

    No, the [LIVE QR] App is for entry. You cannot apply for a ticket using it.
  • 【Q27】I cannot access the Internet. Can I use the [LIVE QR] App?
    You need to access the Internet to use [LIVE QR] app.
  • 【Q28】Can I enter with a screenshot?
    You cannot enter by presenting a screen shot.
    Start the [LIVE QR] App and show your ticket (QR code) when you enter the venue.
  • 【Q29】Can I use a feature phone for the application?
    No, you cannot use a feature phone for the application.
    Use a smartphone (including a tablet) with which the [LIVE QR] App can be installed.
  • 【Q30】Ticket I applied for is not displayed
    A ticket is displayed on the [LIVE QR] App after it is issued.
    Tap "Application and Purchase history" on the member page of the [LIVE QR] App to confirm your application content.
