About purchasing methods

What kind of purchasing methods are available?
You can only purchase tickets by credit card. We accept any of the following:
VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club, AmericanExpress
1. During the application process, choose "credit card" when asked your method of purchase.
2. You will jump to a page where you will be asked to enter your credit card number.
Please insert your credit card number correctly.
3. Check that the price of the ticket you have applied for is correct before clicking on "Apply".
For advanced applications, your credit card will be charged as soon as your application is complete.
For draw applications, your credit card will be charged if/when you are successfully drawn.
* Personal information including credit card details are protected by an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when being transmitted to our server.
* Paying by credit card with debit functions.
In some cases, accounts may be charged prematurely for reserved tickets, either at the time of application or drawing. If this occurs, unsuccessful applicants of the draw may have to wait for their money to be refunded.
We recomment that you check with your credit card issuer before using your credit card with debit functions.
When (what date) will the transaction show up on my credit card?
This depends on your credit card issuer. Please check with them individually.
Can I pay in installments?
No, we only accept single payments for credit cards.
I would like to check that my payment has gone through.
It may take a few days before you can confirm your payment on our website. Please check your payment status through the Application/Purchasing History section of your My Page.
When we have received your payment, a "Payment Complete" email will be sent to your email address accessible on mobile phone.
What additional fees will I have to pay on top of the ticket price?

This will depend on each event. Please check the details of each event.
* In addition to the system usage fee, you will incur a data communication fee from your mobile phone company each time you browse our website or download applications etc., which you must pay at your own expense.
I failed to pay for my ticket before the deadline.
Applications that have not been paid for by the deadline will be cancelled automatically.
If successfully drawn applications are cancelled due to a failure to complete the payment by the deadline, we reserve the right to disqualify such members from future advanced applications.
Such actions inconvenience the other members who apply for the same draw. Please make sure that you complete your payment before the deadline.
Will I be given a better seat if I pay early?
The timing of your payment will in no way affect your seating location.
