I registered as a member but have not yet received the "Notice of Tentative Membership Registration" email.
This email is automatically sent to the email address accessible on mobile phone that you submitted for registration.
You will usually receive this email in less than 30 minutes. If you do not receive the email after 30 minutes, please check the following:
- Did you make an error when registering your email address accessible on mobile phone?
If so, please register as a new member once again.

- Is your mobile phone configured to reject emails from computers?
The domain settings on your mobile phone may be configured to reject emails sent from computers.

Please add "@tickebo.jp" to your authorized domain list on your mobile phone, and register as a new member once again.
What is the domain setting?
You should not have any authorized/unauthorized domains in your default setting. However, if you have changed the settings to reject emails from computers as a preventative measure against junk mail, you will need to add "@tickebo.jp" to your authorized domain list.
Please check with your mobile phone company regarding how to change your domain setting.
What is ticket board's domain?
All emails from ticket board will be sent from the domain "@tickebo.jp" .
Please add "tickebo.jp" to your authorized domain list on your mobile phone.
I received a "Notice of Tentative Membership Registration" email even though I haven't registered.

If your name is mentioned in the email
1. It is possible that a friend or family member used your name to register.
If you have an idea of who this may be, please ask them directly.
If you prefer not to go through with the registration, ignore the instructions in the email. Tentative membership registrations will expire if the registration is not completed within ○○ hours.
2. If you started registering but stopped half-way through, it is possible that the Confirm Registration button was pressed by accident.

If you are not familiar with the name in the email
It is possible that somebody entered your email address accessible on mobile phone by mistake when they were registering as a member.
Please inform us of the fact that you are not the same individual, and that there is an error in their registration, by email.
Will I receive an email each time I apply for a ticket?
An automated email will be sent to your registered email address accessible on mobile phone each time you make an advanced application, when you apply for a regular event ticket, and when drawing results are announced.
You can also check your application details and drawing results through the Application/Purchasing History section of your My Page on ticket board.
I did not receive an email confirming my application.
Emails may be delayed or prevented from being delivered due to bad reception etc.
If you still do not receive the confirmation email, please check the Application/Purchasing History section of your My Page on ticket board to double-check your application status.
I would like to unsubscribe from the ticket board newsletter.
You can subscribe/unsubscribe from the ticket board newsletter through the Change Registration Details on your My Page on ticket board.
Even if you unsubscribe from the newsletter, you will still receive emails containing information about the event(s) you have applied for.
I am still receiving the ticket board newsletter even though I have unsubscribed.
