About ticket board membership / membership withdrawal/login etc.

If I register as a member, will I have to pay any membership or registration fees?
Membership registration is free.
You will not have to pay any membership/annual membership/registration fees.
Do memberships have an expiry date?
As stiuplated in Article 6 (Withdrawal) of the Terms and Conditions of Membership, membership will last indefinitely unless the member takes action to withdraw their membership.
We reserve the right to forcibly remove somebody from membership if they abuse their user ID or engage in acts that are deemed inappropriate.
What are user IDs?
A Your user ID is the email address accessible on mobile phone that you register.
Ticket board verifies users with their password and user ID combination.
How do I log out?
You will automatically be logged out when you close the page, or when you go back to the top page.
For security reasons, you will also be logged out automatically when you time-out due to lack of interaction with the page for a certain amount of time.
Can a person have multiple IDs?
Only one membership registration per person is allowed on ticket board.
I would like to withdraw my membership from ticket board.
You can withdraw membership from your My Page.
When I try to register as a new member, I see an error message saying "You are already registered".
If you see this error message even after entering accurate information, it is possible that your information has already been registered on ticket board.
If you have no recollection of registering as a member in the past, please check whether others, such as family members, have ever registered as a ticket board member using your mobile phone.
One membership registration is allowed per person; however, if you share a mobile phone with your family, and the phone has already been used to register another family member on ticket board, you cannot use the same mobile phone to register more members.
I forgot my password.
Click "Forgot Your Password?" on the login page, and enter your user ID (your email address accessible on mobile phone), your date of birth, and your mobile phone number.
An automated email with a link to change your password will be sent to your address.
Can I change my registration details?
You can change your registration details through Change Registration Details on your My Page on ticket board.
Users who have switched to a new mobile phone can change their email addresses and passwords here as well.
I can't login.
Your user ID or password may be incorrect. Please check that they are entered correctly, and try again.
If your password is incorrect, click "Forgot Your Password?" on the login page, and enter your user ID (your email address accessible on mobile phone), your date of birth, and your mobile phone number.
An automated email with a link to change your password will be sent to your address.
What is the "My Page" on ticket board? What can I do there?
My Page allows you to check your application/purchasing history, as well as your current application/payment/download status, and results of draws for advanced applications.

Specifically, My Page allows you to do the following:
- Check your application status
- Check your payment status
- Check your download status
- Check your agency payment service number which you may need to make a payment
- Check drawing results
- Check your purchasing history
- Download your digital ticket for mobile phones
- Allot/cancel allotment of digital tickets
- Check/change your registration details
* You must login with your user ID and password to see this page.
* Please note that the time frame during which you can check your application/purchasing history is subject to change without prior notice.
* You cannot change/cancel tickets that you have already applied for/purchased.
