*Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis.

The sale will end when all the has been sold.

*The tickets for the event are e-ticket for smartphone.

*Ticket purchase is limited to 4 tickets per transaction

*Card subject to change.

*Opening / starting times may change

*We do not accept changes or cancellations after your transaction is complete under any circumstances. Tickets are non-refundable even if you do not attend the event on the day.

*Customers using services on the ticket board need to be member of ticket board. Membership registration is free.

*Please apply ticket(s) using the mobile phone / smart phone / PC.

*When member registration, you need to have a mail address such as Gmail, Yahoo etc. (If you do not have any e-mail address, please create a mail address)

*Even if your accompanying guests (children etc.) do not have mobile phones / smart phones, you will still need to allot their tickets to them. On the day of the concert, you and your accompanying guests need to come to the inquiry desk and show e-ticket and your passport. (There is no need to download allot tickets)

*For entry, a mobile phone is required for each e-ticket. (Applicant and accompanying guests) If you are downloading your ticket in Japan, make sure that your smartphone can do the following:

- Data roaming

- Connect to wi-fi

*We recommend you download and save your digital ticket before traveling to Japan.

*Please note that you will be responsible for any internet.

*In principle, e-tickets that are printed on paper or presented on devices other than smartphone will be deemed invalid.

*We may check your ID. Please bring an ID that can prove yourself. If we cannot check the ID you may not enter.
