Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before applying for this event (hereinafter referred to as "Applicant").

【1】About Application
・Each person can apply once for both "on-site viewing" and "Online viewing (REALIVE360)".
・For "On-site viewing", one application per person is only allowed to apply up to maximum of two tickets.
・For "Online viewing", one application per person is only allowed to apply up to a maximum of one ticket.
・To apply, ticket board membership registration (free) is required.

・You can apply on the Web (PC/smartphone).
・You may not be able to apply depending on the type of devices used or network status.
・Please be advised that you will not accept any changes or cancellations after application.
・We strictly prohibit the resale to a third party, resale by auction, or transfer of any rights related to the participation in the event. If discovered, we will refuse your admission.
About Stage on-site viewing
・Up to two tickets are available for each person.
・All tickets for this event are e-tickets.
(No paper tickets)
・Persons under 16 years of age at the time of the event must be accompanied by their guardians (16 years of age or older).
If this happens, you will also need a ticket for your guardian, so please make sure you also register for your guardian.
・Both the applicant and the accompanying person who receives the distribution are required to register as a member of the ticket board (free of charge).
・For those who apply for two tickets make sure your accompany person registers as a member of the ticket board (free of charge) before the performance.
・If the accompanying person does not have a mobile phone (including a smartphone), please register on behalf of the accompanying person as a member using the personal information of the accompanying person by computer or etc.
After registration as a member, the applicant shall distribute the ticket and both applicant and accompany person shall bring the identification card to the electronic ticket inquiry desk set at the entrance (There is no need to download distributed ticket.)
・All communication costs and expenses incurred when applying will be responsible by the Applicant.
・After completion of the application period, the winner will be selected by strict lottery.
The winning announcement will be sent through e-mail and posted on ticket board My Page.
・Please be advised that the winning announcement may be delayed due to various circumstances.
・If you win, we will issue the two-dimensional code electronic ticket for your entry at least three days prior to the event.

If you have won two tickets, please distribute the ticket to the attendee by the event date.
The accompanying person can issue ticket (download) from the ticket board My Page after distribution from the Applicant.

・When you enter, you will be asked to confirm your identity along with checking e-tickets. Be sure to bring your photo identification (license, passport, etc.).
If you do not have a photographic identification card, please bring your health insurance card, resident card, or any other official certificate that allows you to confirm your identity.
If the organizer cannot judge the winner, please be aware that you may not be admitted.

・One person can apply for one ticket at a time for the Online Live Viewing.
・For viewing, you must download the REALIVE 360 application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") in advance.
・Even if you do not have a VR glass (VR goggles), you can watch from a smartphone or tablet.
・Please note that you cannot watch from the computer browser.
・Video content has an expiry date.
Please note that you cannot watch after the expiry date.
・You cannot watch multiple devices simultaneously.
・Since there are non-compatible devices for viewing, please check before applying.
・User will be responsible for any communication fee need for the application (including additional communication charges incurred when upgrading the version of this application or when this application does not operate properly due to resetting, etc.).
Since the communication fee varies depending on the communication company and the contract plan, please contact the contract company for details.
・Depending on the communication environment used by the applicant, the frame or sound falling during playback, noise, freeze, etc. may occur.
Stop the application running in the background and try using it in a stable communication environment.
・If you watch using 3G/4G/LTE, the data communication volume may reach the upper limit set within the month during viewing.

・If you win, we will provide you the [Serial Code] and URL required for viewing by three days prior to the event.

[2] Precautions for on-site viewing event
・Please wear a mask to enter. Those who do not wear a mask or 37.5℃ or higher wil be forbitten to enter the venue.
・The "NTT Presents Tokyo 2020 Olympic Torch Relay Celebration Stage program viewing" is an application that can be viewed at the Yokohama site.
・Please do not contact the venue for inquiries about this event.
・When visiting, it is mandatory to register the COVID-19 Contact-Confirmation Application (COCOA) from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and the LINE Corona Notification System from the Kanagawa Prefecture.
(If you have not registered, you can enter after registering on the day.)
・Inspect your personal belongings when you enter the premises.
Prohibited substances such as alcoholic beverages/bottles/fireworks, sharp blades such as bombs/cutters/pets (excluding auxiliary dogs for the physically challenged)/devices for remote control such as drones/political and ideological claims or associations such as placards, banners, printed materials, laser pointers, etc., which are considered to be inconvenient to surrounding customers and other dangerous substances * Umbrella can be brought in. ・Since congestion is expected on the day of the event, please use public transportation and gather by the opening time.
・No inquiries on designating seat are allowed.
・Customers in wheelchairs can watch with the wheelchairs if they contact the Secretariat by the date indicated in the winning e-mail.
・Please do not visit the venue or the vicinity of the venue late at night or early in the morning of the previous day.
With the complaint from neighboring facilities or residents, the event may be cancelled.
・In order to prevent accidents and confusion, we may impose restrictions on admission as necessary.
・Expenses for travel and lodging to the event venue will be responsible by the winners themselves.
・This event is only available to those who have won the tickets in advance. Boats and other means of viewing from the sea are strictly prohibited.
・Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) will not be admitted in any of the following cases:
(1) Organized crime groups, organized crime group members, companies and organizations concerned with organized crime groups, and other anti-social forces.
When the Secretariat finds that there are persons falling under the category of Anti-Social Forces such as organized crime groups (hereinafter referred to as "Anti-Social Forces such as organized crime groups")
(2) Cases in which there is a risk of behavior that may cause significant inconvenience to other customers and where it is deemed that there is an obstacle to the management of the secretariat.
(3) Where making violent requests towards the Secretariat and the venue staff , or require them to bear a burden that exceeds a reasonable limit.
(4) If the person is considered to be in a state of drunkenness due to alcohol, etc.
(5) Discontinuation of use, withdrawal measures, and notification measures in the event of non-compliance with the prohibition of the agreement regarding this event.

On the day of the event, due to the weather, performer members, and other circumstances, we are obliged to cancel the event.

Even if the event is cancelled or the ticket cannot be used within the set time, you will not be able to transfer the ticket, compensate for travel and lodging expenses, return products, or return the ticket.

*We are not responsible for any problems in viewing caused by the applicant.
*Posts and comments, as well as account names and icons, that are tagged with "#NTT Celebration" will be regarded as information that granted users' permission to make public, and for the use of future activities, such as marketing and as analytical data.
However, the Applicant grants the organizer the right to post comments and images on our site or on the SNS and to use them in magazine advertisements and other advertisements without any costs.
*All copyrights to video and audio of the performance shall belong to the organizer.
We prohibit any act of capturing, recording, or recording images and audio delivered by personal computers or smartphones.
It is also prohibited to reproduce the distributed screens and audio to other services.

[4] Exemption and others
This event is operated with great care, but it does not guarantee the integrity, accuracy, safety, or usefulness of the information provided and all matters related to this event.
We will not be liable for any damage suffered by the Applicant or any third party, including the following:
(1) In the event of an emergency such as an accident, fire, power failure, deterioration of the communication environment, earthquake, or accident on software and hardware when applying for this event.
(2) In the event of periodic or urgent maintenance of the system at this event.
(3)The case of the event of any trouble between the user or between the user and a third party.
(4) The service is interrupted or delayed due to disturbance of the service of the Event by a third party or alteration of information, resulting in any defect.
(5) If you are unable to obtain information completely because you have applied for this event outside of the environment we recommend.
(6) The information provided by the Event without intent or gross negligence is erroneously transmitted or is defective.
Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) shall not be liable for any trouble or damage (direct or indirect) caused to the applicants for this event.
(7) Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) may change or suspend the Event without prior notice to the Applicant (in whole or in part).
If deemed necessary, this Agreement may be amended without prior notice to the applicant and necessary measures may be taken to ensure the proper operation of this event.
(8)Subscribers will bear the Internet connection fee and communication fee for the application for this event.
[5] Handling of Personal Information
The personal information collected by Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) in connection with the application for this event will be used only for the purpose of introducing NTT's activities related to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Torch Relay and the Olympic and Paralympic Games Tokyo 2020 as developed by NTT. Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) recognizes the importance of personal information and will handle it in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related laws and regulations. In addition, Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) will take measures to ensure that personal information is managed safely, such as managing storage locations, restricting access, restricting removal of personal information, and preventing unauthorized access from outside the company, in order to prevent leakage or loss of personal information.
In the unlikely event that a person infected with a new coronavirus is discovered, the registered personal information may be provided to a public organization such as a health center as necessary.
