※Both of Applicant and Accompanying persons need to be the member of ticket board.※

Please decide your accompany person before applied.
■Accompanying persons need to be required to register as a member of the ticket board (free of charge).

■Even if you are designated as an accompanying person, your applications will be counted as an application for one performance and you cannot apply for the same performance.
*Performances that you applied as applicant cannot be designated as an accompanying person.
*Performances designated as accompanying person cannot be applied as applicant.

■No changes/refund or cancellations after completion of application is completed at any circumstances.
■No changes or cancellations of applicants and accompanying persons at any circumstances.

●When accompanying persons have no mobile phone.

■Even if an accompanying persons do not have mobile phone (smart phone), they need to be required to register as a member of ticket board (free of charge).
Please register as a member of ticket board of accompanying person using PC and apply tickets.
* Age of 3 and over need a ticket for entry. / Children under 2 years old cannot enter the event.

■【IMPORTANCE】ADMISSION on the day of the event■: ※For all applicants and accompanying persons, we will verify your identity verification by specified ID cards.※

■To all visitors, "Applicants" and "Accompanying persons", we will verify the identity by the designated identification card at the entrance.

* Please note that you cannot be allowed to enter the concert if you cannot identify yourself or when there is a deficiency in the designated identification card.
*You cannot enter even if you bring identification card other than designated identification card.
You cannot enter the concert if a fake identity card is discovered, such as sticking another certification photo to the designated identification card.
If accompany person does not have a mobile phone (including smartphone), do not download digital tickets (QR code). Please come and bring both of applicant and accompany person’s designated identification card to the information desk at each venue on the day of the performance with both of them together.

■Even if you cannot enter the concert , we will not accept refund / cancellation of the money of the ticket at the any circumstances.

●Please be sure to bring the following designated Identification Card

-What we acknowledge as designated identity card at identity verification.

*The copy and pictures are invalid. The expired ID is also invalid.
*Please create and bring your ID by the day of each performance. For inquiries and expense required for preparation, please contact each public institution.
Please note that if you cannot bring designated identity card we will not deal with your situation at any circumstances.

(3) My number card with picture (the notify card is invalid)
(4) Basic Resident Registration Card with picture
(5) Certificate of Alien Registration, Residence Car, Special Permanent Resident Certificate
(6) Disability Certificate
(7) Credit Card with picture

*If you are under 18 years of age and cannot prepare the designated ID card from (1)-(7), please bring 2 IDs from (8)-(11) below.
*Two designated identity cards of the same type are not allowed
*The age at the performance day you visit will be covered

(8) Health insurance card
(9) Student ID (with picture)
(10) Family register copy
(11) A copy of the resident card

Precautions - Please be sure to read -

*Please register and apply after agree to the membership agreement including the consent of the e-mail magazine about namie amuro and delivery of personal information to third parties.

*This ticket is determined by a drawing.

Please note that the ticket is not always able to be taken.

*Please apply from your mobile phone, smart phone, PC.

Please enter the ID (e-mail address) of the ticket board which can be received by your mobile phone/smart phone even if you apply from a PC when you apply a ticket.

*There is a possibility of change of the opening/ starting time.

*For entry, a mobile phone is required for each ticket. (Applicant and accompanying members)

Please download your tickets for the number of sheets in advance for each own mobile phone.

If you are downloading your ticket in Japan, make sure that your mobile phone can do the following: - Data roaming - Connect to wi-fi.

*No changes/refund or cancellations after completion of application is completed at any circumstances.

▼About prohibition of resale / transfer

*Both of Applicant and Accompanying person have to be yourself as same person as applying tickets at the time of entry.

*We refuse your entrance if we discover that you transfer tickets. (No transfer accepted at any circumstances)

*If we discover illegality actions such as transfer tickets, neither applicant nor accompanying persons are allowed to enter and exit.

*If we discover illegality actions, all tickets (which including not only the tickets of the performance but also the entrance to the issued tickets of other performances and the rights of the unpublished winning tickets) are invalid and the ticket fee will not be refund at any circumstances.

Also, we will suspend and cancel your membership of ticket board.

**We will disable all tickets you have and refuse your entrance in accordance with Terms and Conditions, if you have discovered (even if there is any reason). Also, if the ticket has been obtained and the exhibition in the act from those illegal site such as “transfer of non-regular route” and "auction (Yahoo! Auction, ticket camp) ", "ticket shop", "scalpers", "SNS (twitter, LINE, Facebook, Instagram)", "site of flee market (melcari)", “over-the-counter”, “regardless of the Internet”, “the person-to-person” we judge that the ticket is for profit. In addition, we do not refund of the ticket price. Not only discovered the ticket, also disabled rights of admission and winning ticket in the issued ticket of other performances.

▼About FRAUD

*Fraud damage has been occurred by illegal buying and selling / transfer activities other than the regular route (ticket board).

Tickets other than regular routes (ticket board) are not guaranteed to be valid.

Please buy the ticket only from the regular route (ticket board) to avoid the fraud damage.

*No changes/refund of purchases or cancellations after completion of application is completed at any circumstances.
