■Regardless of age, all audience members need the [LIVE QR] App for entrance into the venue. Your identity will be confirmed by using the designated ID with your face photos.
Please bring your designated ID with your face photo to the venue.
Please distribute the tickets to your companions (children) even if they do not have smartphones (including tablets). The applicant and companions must come to the E-ticket Information Desk bringing their designated IDs with face photos on the day of the live concert. It is not necessary to download the distributed tickets.
*Be sure to prepare the designated IDs with face photos for an applicant who wins tickets and companions by the date of the performance.
*Your family or a friend who comes to the venue on behalf of the applicant cannot enter the venue under any circumstances.
■Regardless of age, one smartphone (including a tablet) is needed for a ticket.
*You cannot use a feature phone for entrance into the venue.
■The applicant and companions need to prepare for the [LIVE QR] App in advance for entrance into the venue.
■For entry into the venue by all members of the audience, the name displayed in the [LIVE QR] App must match the designated ID with a face photo.
*You cannot enter by presenting a screen shot.
Start the [LIVE QR] App and show your ticket (QR code) when you enter the venue.
*No refunds nor cancellation of your ticket will be provided even though you did not enter the venue.
●Please bring the designated ID with your face photo as follows. Please be sure to bring one among (1) - (10) without fail for entrance into the venue.
*Only the original ID with your face photo described below is valid as the designated ID with a face photo.
*Except for the passport described in (3) below, only the designated ID with a face photo issued in Japan is valid.
*Regardless of age, all audience members each need one ticket. Your identity will be confirmed by using the designated IDs with your face photos.
*Your identity will be confirmed by using the original ID, that is, the designated ID with your face photo.
A photo, a duplicate, and an expired ID are invalid.
*If your designated ID does not meet the following, your identity will not be confirmed even though your face photo is on it.
*Under no circumstances can you enter the venue if you did not bring the designated ID with your face photo described below or if you bring the designated ID without your face photo. Please prepare in advance and be sure to bring it on the day of the event.

*In the event of any deficiency in the designated ID with a face photo, you cannot enter the venue.
*You cannot enter the venue if you do not bring the designated ID with a face photo.
*You cannot enter the venue if your identity cannot be confirmed with the designated ID with a face photo.
*In the event of a fake designated ID with a face photo, you cannot enter the venue.
*Any deficiency, including the fact that the designated ID with a face photo was not issued in time for the day of the performance, you lost it, or you did not bring it, will not be accepted.
*Please contact each official organization for the fees to prepare and issue the designated ID with a face photo. (The ticket board information center cannot answer it.)
*No refunds nor cancellation of your ticket will be provided even though you did not enter the venue.

*If the concert staff determine that the children are acting in a way to cause problems for other guests or that interferes with the performance, the children and the parent or guardian may be asked to leave the venue temporarily.
The parent or guardian shall be responsible for the safety of their children within the venue.
*All tickets obtained by buying, selling, and transferring activities other than the official route (ticket board) regardless of shop, online, or individual trading, such as ticket shops, scalpers, ticket trading site such as "Ticket Street" or SNS, including Twitter, Line, Facebook, and Instagram, as well as through auctions, such as Yahoo Auction, and online flea markets, including Mercari, are assumed to be for profit purposes, and the ticket will be invalid in accordance with the Ticket Terms of Use. The invalid ticket will be canceled, and no refund will be issued to the ticket seller or purchaser under any circumstances.
*Passing on your user ID and password for the ticket board to a third party, including family or friends, using a third party’s user ID and password to log in in order to download a ticket, or rewriting the name of another member is inappropriate, and entrance to the venue may not be allowed. In addition, please note that your membership may be canceled or revoked.
*This performance plans video recording and photo shooting inside and outside of the venue. Your face or shape may be displayed in motion videos or photos through broadcast, video distribution, and SNS.
*Please read the following information in advance.
