*Applicants and accompanying guests must be members of ticket board at the time of enter the concert.
*For entering, one mobile phone (including smart phone) is required for each mobile e-ticket
*One ticket for one person is required regardless of age, and we will check identity verification by all designated guests with face photo attached

About identity verification

【1】Do you perform all person verification upon entering?
Regardless of age, one person's ticket is required, and all visitors will be subject to identity verification by the designated ID with face photo
Be sure to prepare a designated ID with a face photo for each person upon entering

* If you cannot enter due to deficiencies such as designated photo ID with face photo, cancellation, refund etc cannot be done

【2】What kind of designated ID should I prepare with photo with my face?
Below, a designation card with a face photo is required

Upon entering, please be sure to bring 1 requirements out of (1) - (10) below
* Only the original ID with face photo described below will be valid as"Designated ID with face photo"
* Except for the passport described in (3) below, that was issued in Japan will be valid as "Designated ID with face photo"
* One ticket for one person is required regardless of age, and we will perform identity verification by all designated passengers with face photo attached
* We will verify your identity at the original ID with face photo Pictures, copies, expired items are not acceptable
* Personal identification with face photo attached ID not applicable below will not be done
* If you cannot bring a designated ID with face photo below or you do not have a face photo on the designated ID with face photo, you cannot enter the room even if there are any reasons, so be prepare to bring your ID on the day of the concert.

About ticket board member registration

【3】Do I need to register as a ticket board member upon application?
Also, does LE-CIEL members need to register as a ticket board member?
The applicants himself / herself are required to reqister as a ticket board member (free)
Even a LE-CIEL member needs ticket board member registration (free)
*If you have already registered for ticket board members, re-registration is unnecessary
【4】Does accompanying guests also need to register as a ticket board member?
The accompanying guests is also required to register as a ticket board member (free)
In order to conduct identity verification by designated ID with face photo, please be sure to register as a ticket board member registration (free) with the information of the accompanying guests entering the concert
* Even if you are a child, please be sure to register for ticket board membership (free) with the information of the children visiting.

【5】I registered as new member on ticket board, but the temporary registration e-mail does not arrive
Temporary registration mail will be sent to the email address entered when ticket board member is registered
If you do not receive the email, please check the following

1)Is there any incompleteness in the mail address entered at the time of registration?
If you are aware of this, please register new members again

2) Are you not set to reject mail from the computer?
Depending on the domain reception setting, there is a possibility that it is being refused reception of mail from the personal computer
Please make domain reception setting of your mobile phone, please accept the domain of"@tickebo.jp" and register again as a new member

3)Are the impersonation settings set to [High] or [Strong]?
If it is [high] or [strong], please change it to [low] or [weak]

4)Is not it in the junk mail folder

Those who do not receive temporary registration e-mail within 30 minutes, or those who fall under items 1) to 4) above we are very sorry for the inconvenience but you will need to re-enter the new member registration procedure

About application

【6】Is there a receipt for paper tickets?
We do not accept paper tickets
It will be accepted only for mobile e-tickets
【7】Can I apply from a computer?
Applications can be made from mobile phones / smart phones / personal computers
* Even if you apply from a personal computer, "mobile phone" or "smart phone" is required at the time of entry
* Please check [Q12] because there are mobile phones (including smart phones) which are not compatible partially
【8】Is there an age limit for applicants / accompanying people?
There is no age limit
Regardless of age, you need one ticket per person
Those with children may sometimes be ask to temporarily leave the concert if the staff members judge your acts that interfere with other guests or acts that interfere with the performance.
Now, as for the safety responsibilities of the child within the venue will be taken over by the accompanying parent / guardian
【9】Can I change the applicant after applying?
Whatever the reason, applicant's change is impossible
Please be sure to apply for the applicant who will be on the day of the performance

* After application / change after change · Cancel · refund etc cannot be accepted
* Even if you make an inquiry by telephone, you cannot change it
* In this performance, we plan to implement "fixed price trading" tickets officially tradable

【11】What if I change the model of mobile phone / smart phone after applying?
Please login to your My page at ticket board and change the telephone number, e-mail address etc. from "Change registration details"

【12】Can I also apply for a conventional mobile phone such as Feature Phone / Flip Phone?
There is no problem as long as you can apply for ticket board membership registration (free) with your mobile phone

【13】What kind of payment method is available?
There are 2 types of settlement methods that can be selected at the time of application

1) Credit card transaction (VISA / Mastercard / JCB / American Express / Diners Club)
2) Convenience store payment (Seven - Eleven only)

* When"credit card settlement"is selected, payments will be settled once you are selected as a winner
* When you select "Convenience store payment", we will inform you of "payment slip number (storage substitution number)" payable at the Seven-Eleven store at the time of winning
Please pay within the payment deadline
* Applicant who resides in the area without Seven - Eleven will be asked to select "Credit card transaction"
*For details on payment after winning, you can check it from "Application / purchasing history" or through mail that will be delivered to the registered e-mail address on ticket board
【14】What is the confirmation of the application contents?
You can check the contents of application by the following procedure

1) Login to my page of ticket board
2) Select" Application / purchasing history"
3) Completed application concert is displayed

After completing the ticket application, the "confirmation of application" e-mail will be delivered to the registered e-mail address on ticket board
Even if the mail does not arrive, as long as the complete application is displayed on "Application / Purchasing History" application will be considered complete.

About download

【15】I do not know how to download tickets
You can download mobile e-tickets by the following procedure

1) Login to my page of ticket board after issuing mobile e-ticket
* For the ticket issue date we will inform you at a later date
2) Select "Application / purchasing history"
3) Select targeted concert
4) Select the seat you want to download and select [Next]
5) Confirm download contents and select [Download]
6) Mobile e-ticket of the selected seat is displayed

About distribution

【16】What is "distribution" of tickets?
It is to distribute mobile e-tickets which two or more applicants purchased from ticket board my page to accompanying guestss
* Applicant's own mobile phone e-ticket cannot be distributed
【17】I do not know how to distribute tickets
Please distribute mobile e-tickets by the following procedure

1) Login to my page of ticket board after issuing mobile e-ticket
* For the ticket issue date we will inform you at a later date
2) Select "Select & Allot tickets"
3) Select "Distribute tickets"
4) Select "unselected / undistributed" seat in "Distribute seat selection"
5) Enter the e-mail address of accompanying registered member used at the ticket board
6) After selecting"confirm"the distribution is completed

* If correctly distributed, the name of the companion will be displayed on"Distribute Seat Designation"
* If correctly distributed, a mail related to ticket download will be delivered to the entrance's accompanying mail address
* Even if you do not receive e-mail to accompany you, you can check and download tickets from my page of accompanying guests
【18】Even if a companion (children etc.) does not have a mobile phone / smart phone,is it necessary to register / allot ticket board members?
For accompanying guests who do not have a mobile phone, ticket board membership registration (free) is necessary
If you are a traveling companion (such as a child) do not have a mobile phone (including smart phone) please do a ticket board member registration (free) from the personal computer etc with the information of the person accompanying you

* Upon member registration (free), please create and use a mail address such as Gmail
* For telephone number, please register a phone number that allows family members to contact
* One ticket for one person is required regardless of age, and we will perform identity verification by all designated passengers with face photo attached
* One ticket for one person is required regardless of age, and we will perform identity verification by all designated ID with face photo attached
Even if your accompanying partner (children etc.) does not have mobile phones (including smart phones), you will still need to allot to them, and on the day of the concert that has the same day as the application you and your accompanying partner needs to come to the inquiry window and show them the mobile e-ticket and your designated ID, (There is no need to download allot tickets)

About entry

【19】When is the ticket issue date?
Regarding the ticket issue date, we will announce it again later
* We cannot answer inquiries about ticket issue date
【20】Cannot prepare designated ID with face photo
If you cannot prepare, you cannot enter the room for any reason
Regardless of age, each person's ticket is required, and all visitors will be subject to identity verification by the designated ID with face photo
Be sure to bring a designated ID with face photo upon entering

【21】After registering at the ticket board, the surname and address changed. Can I change it?
Is it also possible to enter?
Please login to ticket board My Page and change"Last Name""Address" according to Designated ID with Face Photo to bring on the day from"Change registration details"
Visitors, mobile e-tickets, entrance can be entered by matching identity card with face photo

About fixed price trading

【22】Is the fixed price trading carried out?
We plan to implement fixed price trading in this performance
If the applicant is unable to visit, please consider using regular price trading
