Q1.Do I need to register a ticket board membership to purchase a ticket?
A.Yes, you need to register your membership (free membership) on the ticket board to purchase your ticket.
Q2.Does my companions also need to register a ticket board membership?
A.It is not necessary for your companions to register as member before purchasing. However, ultimately, a companion will also be required to register a ticket board membership. Please note that you may need to add your companions information when purchasing depending on the event. To do that, your companions is required to register membership beforehand.
Q3.Is QuickPASS available for any kind of mobile phone?
A.Yes. You can use QuickPASS on a docomo, au, or SoftBank mobile phone which has the following environment.
iOS:9.0 and later
Browser: Safari, browsers in LINE
Android OS: 5.0 or later
Browser: Chrome, browsers in LINE
*The device must be available to communicate
*Operation is not guaranteed for an Android standard browser
*Operation is not guaranteed for all smartphones
*You cannot access with a feature phone or smartphone for the elderly.

Q4.If my companion is a child and does not have a smartphone, can I purchase tickets for us?
A.Yes. You can use QuickPASS on a docomo, au, or SoftBank mobile phone which has the following environment.
The application for purchasing is different for each event. Please be sure to read the guidelines for the event before purchasing a ticket.
Even if you do not have a mobile phone, you may need to register the ticket board membership (free membership) depending on the event. In that case, add the information about the children accompanying you via the computer and then purchase the tickets.
*When you register the membership, create an email address, such as Gmail.
*Please add the contact telephone number of the child’s family member that would be available.
Q5.Can a tablet be used to buy a ticket?
A.Yes, you can get a ticket using a tablet. However, please note that the tablet is a deprecated terminal so that the ticket view or stamp may not work properly when you use it at the exhibition.
If you have a smartphone, then we encourage you use it to view the ticket.
Q6.After I got a ticket, I changed the my mobile phone.
A.No problem.
If your email address will change upon changing your mobile phone, revise your information in advance. Before you change your mobile phone, log into the ticket board My Page with your current email address, and revise the information on the [Member information] page.
Q7.If I have companions, how can I give them tickets?
A.To distribute tickets to your companions, you need to distribute the tickets on My Page of ticket board.
Q8.My companion will not be available on the admission date. Can I give the ticket to another person?
A.Please log in to the [My Page] of ticket board, select [Select/Distribution/Confirmation of Ticket] and [Cancellation of Ticket Distribution]. Cancel the ticket for the corresponding companion and then re-distribute it.
However, if the companion to be canceled has already displayed QuickPASS, you cannot complete the cancellation of the ticket for the companion immediately. The companion will receive an acceptance email for the cancellation. When the companion accesses the link on the email and then accepts the cancellation, the process will complete.
Please note that you may need to add your companion information when purchasing the tickets depending on the event and then you may not be able to change the companion.
Q9.When displaying QuickPASS, the “Secure connection could not be established” message appeared.
A.Copy the URL that you used to display QuickPass and then copy it to the Chrome browser to open it. Then confirm that is connected.
*This message may be displayed when using the standard Android browser of some smartphone models which do not use the recommended environment.

Q10.Can I enter the venue separately from my companion?
A.Yes, you can enter separately from your companion when the ticket has been distributed to the companion and you both have smartphones.
Q11.At the entrance, is the screen shot (screen capture) usable?
A.No, the screen shot is not usable for your admission. Be sure to tap [Use the Ticket] before presenting the smartphone screen.
Q12.Can I copy the ticket and use it many times?
A.No, you cannot copy it. The ticket is usable only once, like a paper ticket. In addition, screen shots (screen capture) and other images cannot be used as a ticket. Be sure to tap [Use the Ticket] before presenting the smartphone screen.
Q13.I have displayed the ticket, but I deleted the URL. What should I do?
A.Please log into My Page of ticket board again, select [Select/Distribution/Confirmation of Ticket] and [Select Event]. Then, display [QuickPASS].
Q14.If my companion is a child and does not have a smartphone, how can we enter?
A.Even if your companion does not have a smartphone, the companion information must be registered in the membership on the ticket board (free membership) via a computer or other device.
*When you register the membership, create an email address, such as Gmail.
Please complete the distribution procedures for your companions and then visit the exhibition together with them (the applicant and companions who have had properly distributed tickets).
We appreciate your understanding if you have to wait for some time if the entry is congested.
◆ Please note that a different smartphone is required for each QuickPASS (E-Stamp ticket).
◆ If you applied for more than one QuickPASS (E-Stamp ticket), the applicant must distribute them to companions.
◆ For companions, be sure to register a membership on the ticket board (free membership), get a QuickPASS (E-Stamp ticket) and display it on the smartphone when presenting it upon entry.
*For children or people who do not have smartphone, we will follow a procedure for admission at the entrance.
We appreciate your understanding that you may have to wait for some time if the entry is congested.
